Bordmappe stores your travel data on your device. There are no user accounts, no registration and no analysis of your behaviour. The provider of this app receives no data from you and has no access to what you enter.
Connections to the internet only arise when you use a feature that needs one. Which ones those are is listed in full below.

You enter everything yourself, or read it in from your own documents. The app collects nothing of its own accord. Depending on how you use it, the following is processed:
reservations, accommodation, appointments, hire cars, parking, the ports of a cruise, the pitches of a camper van trip, ski passes including card numbers.
certificates and other files you add.

recognition, a short recording.
or bank details and handles no payments.
A trip can contain data about people who are not you: names and phone numbers of fellow travellers and contacts, optionally also passport and ID numbers with their expiry dates, as well as photographs of people.
This information is not yours. For purely private use on your own device, the household exemption of the General Data Protection Regulation applies (Art. 2(2)(c) GDPR). As soon as you share or pass on a trip, you are passing on that data — ask the people concerned first.
On your device, in the app's database.
Backups: the app places backup copies of your trips in the folder "Files → Bordmappe → Backups" — once a day with a date, plus a continuously updated version. These files also live on your device and are sent nowhere by the app. If you have enabled iCloud Backup in your device settings, they may form part of that backup; Apple's terms apply to it.
On the Mac, the database is under "Users → Library → Application Support → Reiseplaner", the backups in the folder "Documents → Backups". There too they do not leave the computer by themselves. There is no sync between Mac and iPhone: a trip travels across as a backup file that you pass on yourself.
Full edition with iCloud: if you use the edition with iCloud sync, your travel data is additionally stored in your private iCloud database so that it matches across your devices. Apple operates it; Apple's privacy policy applies. The provider of this app has no access to that data.
Each of these connections only arises when you use the corresponding feature. Only what the request needs is transmitted — never your entire set of data.

For flight status you need your own API key, which you obtain from the provider yourself. It is stored in your device's keychain. That makes you the contracting party with that provider.
The booking links carry no affiliate tag. The app earns nothing from them.
Your location is only used if you switch it on — both relevant switches are in Settings and are off by default.

For monitoring in the background, iOS requires the "Always" permission. The app only asks for it at the moment you switch one of these on. No continuous location recording takes place. Your location only goes outward if you ask for directions back in Apple Maps.

Every permission is only requested when you use the corresponding feature, and can be withdrawn at any time in your device settings.
You can pass a trip on as a PDF, as a travel book, as a calendar file or as a backup file and — in the edition with iCloud — invite other people to collaborate.
All of that trip's information goes with it, including the passport and ID data of your fellow travellers, emergency and insurance details, and attached documents. Sharing can be stopped, but what has been seen cannot be taken back. Responsibility for passing it on lies with you.
The app contains links to the outside: the search pages of booking portals, the award searches and transfer pages of points and frequent flyer programmes, a cruise line's club page, Apple Maps for directions, the source of the flight status key, and Apple's licence agreement.
Points and miles balances stay on the device. You enter them yourself; the app fetches nothing, signs you in nowhere and transmits no balance. It belongs to none of the programmes or providers named. Tapping a link only opens their public page — with no information from the app.
What happens when you tap: the address opens in your device's browser. From that moment you are with the third-party provider, no longer in the app. They see your IP address and everything contained in the address — for the booking links, therefore, destination, travel dates and number of travellers, because those are exactly the details that fill in the search. What they do with it is governed by their own privacy policy; the provider of this app has no influence over that and no insight into it.
The booking links carry no affiliate tag and no identifier that would make you or your device recognisable. Whether you book anything is not tracked, and no commission flows.
The respective operator is responsible for the content of third-party pages. At the time of linking, no legal violations were apparent there; third-party pages are not permanently monitored.
Documents you read in — such as the map of a cruise route from a booking confirmation, or a photographed notice on board — are protected by copyright. You may copy them for your own use (§ 53 of the German Copyright Act); publishing them or passing them to third parties is not permitted.
The same applies to photographs in which other people are recognisable.
No analysis of your usage behaviour takes place. There is no advertising, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no disclosure of data to third parties for advertising purposes.
You delete your data by deleting the trip in question in the app, or by removing the app from your device. Note that backup copies remain in the folder "Files → Bordmappe → Backups" when you delete a trip in the app — you have to remove those there separately.
In the edition with iCloud, you also delete the data in your iCloud.
Under the GDPR you have the rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Since the provider of this app receives no data from you and has no access to your data, they cannot provide information about its content — it lies solely with you. For questions about the app itself, you can reach them at the address given above.
The app is not specifically directed at children and collects no data from them.
If what data the app processes changes, this policy will be adjusted. The version bearing the date given above is the applicable one.
